I have been having a little play with the new Kaisercraft Christmas range 'Turtle Dove' and have produced a couple of cards.
I created a couple of tags out of kraft cardstock and stamped the Christmas Tree from the stamp which I had 'inked' up in white paint. Once dry I over stamped using the script stamp and inked up using an Ink Blending Tool . The other tag was also stamped with the script stamp and the edges inked but otherwise left plain. I also stamped the bauble stamps in white paint and stamped directly onto the background sheet. Using a border punch I added a bottom border and these were layered up onto another sheet of paper and then the card which was made out of kraft. I dabbed around the edges of the card in the white paint and glittered the christmas tree and baubles and also added a sentiment from the set. The ribbon started off white but was coloured using a distress ink pad. The tags were raised up slightly on foam pads.
The inside was just stamped with the greeting from the Turtle Dove set and layered with more whtie paint dabbed around the edges.
Materials used:-
Patterned Paper: Turtle Dove Partridge - Kaisercraft
Cardstock: Kraft
Ink: Distress Ink Pads - Antique Linen, Broken China, Faded Jeans, Fired Brick, Vintage Photo also Archival Ink 'Jet Black' - Ranger
Stamps: Turtle Dove Clear Stamps - Kaisercraft, Script Background Stamp - IndigoBlu

For this second card I stamped the same Script Stamp onto the edge of cream card and then the Chrismas Tree in the centre. I inked the edges using Distress inks in various shades. I stamped 'Merry Christmas' onto more cream card and cut around it. Everything was layered up and the greeting was raised up on foam pads and then the tree and greeting were glittered.
Similarly with the inside of the card the greeting was inked and stamped onto a small piece of cream card and the edges inked and this was layered up onto the patterned paper and a small border added at the bottom for interest.

Patterned Paper: Turtle Dove Geese - Kaisercraft
Cardstock: Cream Puff
Ink: Distress Ink Pads - Antique Linen, Fired Brick, Forest Moss - Ranger
Stamps: Turtle Dove Clear Stamps - Kaisercraft, Script Background Stamp - IndigoBlu
The 'Turtle Dove' range is on an introductory offer this week but ends today so you will need to hurry :). The papers are gorgeous and I loved using the different stamps in the set - there are several so it is very good value!
I hope you like the cards and that you enjoy the rest of your weekend.
